I work with people who feel stuck, are navigating change, recovering from difficult experiences, or questioning who they are. My aim is to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you, especially if you’re living between cultures. Having lived in six different countries — England, Brazil, Canada, Portugal, Spain, and Italy — I bring personal insight into the challenges and richness of navigating multiple cultures.

I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on creating a more fulfilling life in the present — even when things are uncertain or painful. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and find ways to shift it.
