Having lived across different countries and cultures myself, I understand how adapting to new environments can affect not only where we feel at home, but also how we relate to ourselves, our choices, our relationships and our sense of direction.

I hold a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s degree from King’s College London, and I have over 12 years of professional training and experience working with adults across different cultural contexts.

My work is informed by ACT, relational and trauma-informed perspectives. I offer a thoughtful, grounded space to explore the patterns that once helped you cope, but may now be keeping you distant from yourself, your needs and the life you want to live.

Both personally and professionally, I know how freeing it can be to stop living in opposition to yourself and begin listening to the intelligence behind your patterns, even the ones that now keep you stuck.

Therapy with me is a space where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel confusing, conflicted, ashamed or difficult to speak about. No topic is off-limits, and you do not need to arrive with everything organised, polished or already understood.

Therapy with me is collaborative and interactive. You will not be left alone trying to make sense of everything by yourself. I bring warmth, curiosity and honesty to the work, and we look at your patterns together at a pace that feels respectful and useful.
